What is "MySPA!"?
It is a subscription service run by the magazine "Weekly SPA!". By registering as a member and purchasing your desired plan, you get unlimited access to contents associated with that plan.
What payment methods are available?
You can use credit cards (VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMEX / DINERS), carrier payments (d-payment / au simple payment / SoftBank collectively payment).
Q. How do I change my paid plan?
You can easily change the plan on the My Account page.
Select "My Account > Contract Details > Current Plan > Change Plan" to choose another plan.
After changing the plan, the new plan's fee will be charged on the next contract renewal date. Please check the details carefully before changing plans.
Cancellations or refunds after the next contract renewal date are not possible.
Additionally, after changing the plan, you cannot turn off "Auto-Renewal" in My Account until the next contract renewal date. Please do it after the next contract renewal date.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
You can easily make a cancellation reservation for the paid plan by turning off Auto-Renewal or canceling the subscription in My Account.
The cancellation method varies depending on the plan name. You can check the plan name in the "Contract" tab of My Account.
▼ For "Monthly Plan", "Monthly (1st Anniversary Campaign) Plan", "Half-Year Plan", "Annual Plan" users,
select "My Account > Contract Details > Manage Button > Cancel Subscription".
▼ For "Monthly (Existing) Plan", "Half-Year (Existing) Plan", "Annual (Existing) Plan" users,

turn off the "Auto-Renewal" toggle button in "My Account > Contract Details > Current Plan".
< Smartphone >
press "Disable Auto-Renewal" in "My Account > Contract Details > Settings Button (three vertical dots)".
If the "Settings Button" does not appear on your smartphone, unlock the screen orientation and turn the device sideways to display it. Alternatively, please contact the "Member Inquiry Form" (https://nikkan-spa.jp/k-inquiry/) with "Cancellation request" to inform us. The operation team will turn off Auto-Renewal on your behalf.
By performing the above operation, the plan will automatically be canceled after the current contract period ends. Please note that while the contract is active, you can view the contents tied to the plan, and no refunds will be given after cancellation.
